The tunnel you see, it is under Balmoral Avenue, flowing down where I was standing to capture this photo. I will go another day to stand on the other side of this tunnel. It is nice to see it flowing again with all the rain fall we had recently.

It's so refreshing to hear someone living in the Northwest say they are thankful for rain. :) This is a pretty shot.
