A Garden Path
This is the path to the garden/yard where we live. I used HDR on this one. I love the Birch trees as they remind me of youth growing up going to our summer cottage north of Montreal. The cottage was surrounded by Birch trees. I remember peeling off the bark to use as writing paper. The trees had a much smoother bark by the cottage than the ones here in the yard.
One month down, 11 more to go.

You live in a very pretty place. A feel of country in the city.... I love the birch trees too. Love the smell of birch wood bonfires. I have used the bark for crafts of all kind.
How nice to look out and be reminded of a childhood cottage!
