Demise of Harrowsmith Countrylife Mags.
I was saddened late last summer to find out that my favorite magazine is no more. I used to look forward every other month to receiving my Harrowsmith Countrylife magazine in the mail. I have a collection that I have kept over the years. I still refer back to them from time to time for recipes and gardening advice.

Oh that's too bad - I hadn't heard. We have a few older issues that have made for interesting bathroom reading (which has at times lead to hilarious situations in which one's leg fell asleep ;-)
Lovely snowdrops - yes, spring must be around the corner - at least in your neck of the woods. And Harry sure seems to be enjoying the warm(er) weather.

I grew up not far from Harrowsmith, in Ontario. Beautiful part of the country.
Sadly, magazines as a group are not doing well. Many former subscribers are now reading on the Internet.
