Gate House Window

I did this in black and white, giving it a more textured look. Two years ago I had taken photos of this very window and it had green shutters. I forgot to ask the owner what happened to them. Next time...

It does suggest a Spanish look, doesn't it.

Stephanie, if you change to the new templates on blogger there is a slider that lets you adjust the width of your blog and it tells you the width in pixels. It will keep your photos in proportion. Then you can post your photos in a larger size, measuring by pixels, keeping the dpi low - 72 to 100.

I opened my comments so everyone could comment and did get spam but it was always filtered but I still received the emails. When I closed the comments and only allowed people with accounts of some type the problem stopped. I haven't had to put in the word verification.

Click on the Lime Cheesecake Bars and it will take you to Melody's page where the recipe is. Really delicious.

I do enjoy your photos. You have a different way of looking at things.

I like the way the B&W brings out the texture. Nice shot.
